EMERGENGY MEETING
MONDAY JANUARY 23, 2012
The meeting was sparsley attended but the decision was made to change two items in the bylaws to allow us to change our designation. The changes will be voted on next meeting in February.

Dues for 2012 are now due. Please send them to our PO Box by the end of the month.
Single $25, add your spouse or significant other for another $5.

If you would like to donate to We Care they have an office on the second floor of the Aurora City building (above the Police Station) and the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 am they pack boxes for shipment to our men and women protecting us that are stationed overseas.
A donation was also made to "Just For Me" organization.
If it is a vehicle email the information with a picture to the Webmaster to get it put on the webpage.

We have a lot of new ideas for this year and want to know if you do and what you think of the club. You will be getting a call from one of the club officers soon. When you get the call please let us know what's on your mind or any suggestions. Sometimes it's easier to talk one on one.
NOTE: Meetings will start at 6:30 for the winter months. Back to
7pm with the spring time change.

Take a picture of your car and send it to Ron, "The Webmaster" Schunk or bring
it to a meeting and he will post it on the website.
We have 85 members and only 14 pictures posted.
Also if you have a framed picture of your car bring it to the next meeting and it will get hung on the wall for all to see. Come On Folks!!!! We have plenty of wall space available at the clubhouse!!!!! Let's get it together...
