Favorite Recipes from Meeting Nights

Carol's Pumpkin Crunch (Carol Hall)

12 oz. Can of Evaporated Milk
2 C Pumpkin
2 C Sugar
3 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Salt

Mix together first 6 ingredients and pour into a 9x13 pan.
1 C Chopped Nuts
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
2 Sticks butter or margarine

Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture in pan. Sprinkle nuts over cake mix. Slice 2 sticks of butter or margarine over the nuts.

Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 minutes and then lower temperature to 300 and bake for another 30 minutes.
